Frequently Asked Questions

Veterinary Cancer Concierge Services is a specialized service dedicated to providing comprehensive cancer care for pets. Our team of board-certified veterinary oncologists offers expert consultations, personalized treatment plans, and a range of support services to ensure the best possible care for your pet.

We treat a wide variety of cancers in pets, including but not limited to lymphoma, osteosarcoma, mast cell tumors, hemangiosarcoma, and melanoma. Our team is experienced in diagnosing and treating both common and rare forms of cancer in dogs and cats.

Our telemedicine services allow you to connect with one of our veterinary oncologists via secure, high-definition video calls or via a phone call (depending on the day and what is more convenient for you). You can schedule an appointment, discuss your pet’s condition, review diagnostic test results, and receive a personalized treatment plan from the comfort of your home or preferred environment.
For a telemedicine appointment, you will need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer). In some cases the telemedicine appointment will be done via a phone call, and a computer/tablet or internet connection would not be necessary in this case.

Yes, as many people as you would like can attend the consultation, whether this is done by video conferencing or by phone. We will make sure to email the video conference link prior to the appointment (if done by video conferencing) or conference them in directly (if done by phone). Multiple people can join the consultation, even if they are not in the same location.

Yes, our telemedicine services are an excellent way to get a second opinion on your pet’s cancer diagnosis and treatment plan. Our oncologists will review all of your pet’s medical history, examine prior veterinary visit records, and provide expert recommendations.
With an at-home or mobile visit, we bring our veterinary cancer care directly to you and your pet. Our team will come to your home (or meet at a convenient location if outside of our travel range), and will perform any necessary testing and treatment in our mobile suite. We offer a range of treatments including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and palliative care. Our oncologists will develop a personalized treatment plan based on your pet’s specific type of cancer and overall health.
Once your pet’s telemedicine consultation has been completed, you can schedule an At-Home or Mobile Visit by contacting us directly via phone or email.
